CONSOLIDATION
Consolidation
This is the care and attention that should be given to the new believer to affirm their decision with Christ, to lead them to fulfill the purpose of God in their life and become a successful person in all areas of their life: Spiritual, Family, Social and Financial. The conversion process starts when the person converts to Jesus Christ.
Regular activities
• Services:
– Sundays 9:30am, 11:45am, 2:00pm & 6:30pm.
– Tuesdays 7:00 pm.

Requisites:
• Must be a church member at Eagles CFC
• Have attended a retreat
• Must be baptized
• Must be a person of good reputation and character always showing appropriate behavior
• Show gifts and communication skills, attention and service to the public.
Functions
LOCATE
During the time of the calling, the consolidator will be attentive to observe people who raise their hands to accept Christ.
MOTIVATION
The consolidator will respectfully motivate and encourage those who raised their hand to go to the front of the altar so they can pray for them.
STANDING IN THE FRONT
A previously selected couple, will be placed in front to receive the new converts. They will greet them with joy and enthusiasm.
PRAY FOR THE PEOPLE
Once people are placed at the front, the rest of the team is placed behind the people to pray for them and ultimately welcome them with a hug.
PROCEED TO THE CONSOLIDATION ROOM
After praying for them, they are guided to proceed to a room where they will be ministered in a more personal and private way.
FLAG
One of the consolidators will lead the group by waving a flag.
FRIENDS ACCOMPANYING THEIR GUESTS
It is recommended that the new believer is accompanied to the room by the brothers or friends that invited them; so, they feel more comfortable.
WELCOME
They are given a cordial welcoming to Eagles Christian Family Center, making them feel very important.
PRESENTATION
The supervisor and the team must present themselves as servants of Eagles Christian Family Center that are there to assist them.
VERIFY THE DECISION
Verify that the new convert has understood the step taken by receiving Christ as savior.
PRAY AND MINISTER ACCORDING TO THEIR NEEDS
Ask for their needs, pray for health, peace, freedom, provision, etc.
FILLING OUT THE BALLOT
This form must be completed by the consolidator not by the person. The ballot must be written legibly and must not be missing any data (every section is important for the follow up).
BREAKFAST INVITATION
The next step is to invite them to our breakfast the following week. This meeting aims to strengthen the relationship between these people and the church, to continue to minister their spiritual needs and invite them to a retreat.
HANDOUT BALLOTS
Consolidators and those who invited the new believers, must organize themselves to make the call, to visit them and to place them in a House of Peace; while distributing the ballots to those who completed the forms or to whoever invited the person.
